30-day returns
You can return your Comfort Zone within 30 days of delivery. It must be unused and complete (shelter, heating pad, ground stakes) and in its original packaging.
How to return
- Send us a message through our contact form within 30 days of delivery, with your order number.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.
- Pack everything securely. Return shipping costs are paid by you unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to show it.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us through our contact form within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
